The Roaster Behind Every Batch
Michael Yoo has spent years studying the craft of coffee — from the farms where green beans are grown to the precise heat curves that unlock each bean's best flavors. What started as a personal obsession became a calling: to share that knowledge and care with every single customer.
Before founding MY Coffee Roasting, Michael trained under experienced roasters, traveled to origin regions, and developed a deep respect for the entire coffee journey. He believes that most people have never tasted what coffee can truly be — and he wants to change that, one small batch at a time.
When you work with Michael, you're not placing an order with a brand. You're starting a conversation with a person who genuinely cares about what ends up in your cup.
