Services
Two Ways to Experience Coffee.
Whether you want Michael to craft something perfect for your palate, or you want to get your hands on the roaster yourself — there's a path for you.
Service 01
Roast It for Me
Your flavor profile. Michael's craft. Fresh every time.
Tell Michael what you love in a cup — or what you've never tried but want to explore — and he'll do the rest. He'll select green beans from trusted origins, dial in the roast to match your preferences, and have a fresh bag ready for pickup.
What You Get
A personal flavor consultation
Before every roast, Michael asks about your taste preferences — roast level, flavor notes, brewing method, and how you take your coffee.
Hand-selected green beans
Michael sources from a curated list of origins. He'll match the bean to your profile — fruity Ethiopian naturals, clean Guatemalan washed, bold Sumatran wet-hulled, and more.
A fresh small-batch roast
Your coffee is roasted to order — typically within 48 hours of pickup. No sitting on shelves. No stale bags.
Your name on the bag
Every bag is labeled with your name, the origin, the roast date, and tasting notes. It's yours, made for you.

Service 02
Roast It with Me
Your hands. Michael's guidance. Coffee you made yourself.
Come into the roastery and roast your own batch alongside Michael. You'll learn the science and craft behind the roast, make real decisions about time and temperature, and leave with a bag of coffee you created — and the knowledge to talk about it.
What You Get
A guided roasting session
Michael walks you through the entire process — from green bean selection to first crack to the cooling tray. You'll understand what's happening at every stage.
Hands-on control
This isn't a demo. You'll be at the controls, making real decisions about roast development. Michael guides, but you roast.
A cupping at the end
After the roast, you'll taste your coffee alongside a reference roast so you can understand what your decisions produced.
Your bag to take home
You leave with the coffee you roasted — labeled with your name, the origin, roast date, and your own tasting notes.
How It Works
